A few days ago I got my Volk Vitamins sample and, boy, was I surprised! I was expecting maybe 2 or 3 stickpacks to try, but I got a FULL size box to try. How COOL is that?!
Anyways, I got the Citrus flavored stickpacks. I will say, the Citrus flavor is EXTREMELY strong when you put it in 8 ounces of water like the directions recommend. I was overwhelmed by the Citrus flavor in 8 ounces, so I put one in 24 ounces of water and it tastes better to me. I felt my energy go up and it stayed up for about 2 hours (in 24 ounces of water), then I was even more tired than before. In 8 ounces, my energy skyrocketed and lasted about 8 - 10 hours, but again, the citrus flavor was EXTREMELY strong.
They have other flavors available and should I buy this, I'd probably go with the Berry flavor. I would also recommend these vitamins to friends and family.
