Hello everyone! It's review time again!
This time I'm reviewing Serenity.
Serenity is a drink that helps you sleep. It is lightly carbonated and leaves a bit of a funky aftertaste. The flavor I received was Vanilla Crème.
Although it does help me go to sleep and stay asleep for the most part, I'm not too fond of the carbonation. The first time I tried it, I was asleep within two minutes of laying down.
The second can I had I was asleep within seconds of laying down. I'm on melatonin pills, but with those I would wake up 5 or 6 times a night and have trouble going back to sleep and I'd be extremely sleepy the next day. With Serenity, I woke up one time at night and had NO trouble going back to sleep whatsoever. I would wake up the next day and not be nearly as tired.
I would DEFINITELY recommend this product to friends and family.
